America’s Spiritual Atmosphere Must Change

Once upon a time in America, our churches, schools, and our elected officials preached and taught on the biblical principles that secured our God given unalienable rights. Today, through lack of involvement, Christians have surrendered our God given rights to the courts and secularists, allowing them to take our nation on a different course – thus, “rendering to Caesar (state) what is God’s (church).”

To “take back from Caesar what is God’s,” America’s spiritual atmosphere must change. This spiritual shift must start with the church (people of faith), led by the Holy Spirit, with no expectations, but for the glory of God. The spiritual transformation that America desperately needs can only happen with God’s intervention. Our words have power and authority, and we should be speaking life and truth back into our culture. Proverbs 18:21 says, “Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruit.” 

Over the coming months, I will be posting information exposing our government’s unconstitutional attacks against God and our unalienable rights. Those led by the power and authority of the Holy Spirit can send this information out to those within their circle of influence. Keep in mind God’s Word is seed and is sewn into every letter “sent” out.  “So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it” (Isaiah 55:11).

One example of truth that could be “sent” out is my previous letter (https://allianceforreligiousfreedom.com/clarity-and-spiritual-security-of-the-first-amendment/ ). I wrote how Jesus’s own words brought spiritual clarity and security for our Founders to frame the religious clause of the First Amendment. I bet very few Americans have heard this message from the pulpit. When we speak God’s Word over our nation it gives Him authority to go forth and bring change.
